Viewing a Grade Report

This article will layout how you can view a grade report as related to a course, and what this report contains about users in the course. Why is this important for you and your organization? Very simple - when your employees take a quiz, we'll want to see how they did and how we can help them improve in the future.

So what's a grade report for?

A grade report will have two main functions:

1. The report allows you to view the grades the users got in the quiz
2. The report allows you to filter your results based on number of trials, and to export the report to several different formats

Step 1: Enter the course you'd like to check the grades in. Once there, click the 'Grades' button under the 'Administration' menu.

Step 2: The report will display a chart including all the learners in the course, their grades, and the number of tries they made in the the quiz, and the date of the quiz (es).
